Rarity isn't a dice roll. The richer a design, with more layers, blends and effects, the rarer the card. Every pack holds at least one Uncommon.

By the numbers
How many cards are there?
Every card is built entirely from one number, its seed. That's where the count starts.
What the app can deal
17 billion
- The seed is a 32-bit number: up to 232, about 4.3 billion different designs.
- Each comes in 4 treatments (normal, full art, foil and misprint): about 17 billion cards together.
- Seasons add a few more rounds on top, because a season uses other patterns and palettes.
What the generator could make
1070+
- About 300 patterns in 1 to 6 layers: 3006, about 1015 combinations of layers.
- Per layer, angle, zoom, position, detail, blends, mirrors, warps, masks and shadows: about 1017 settings, so 1068 with four layers.
- Then a few hundred palettes. In all, roughly 1070 to 10100 designs, close to the number of atoms in the universe (about 1080).
77,000 pulls, across all players together, before there's a 50% chance that two anywhere share a design. That's the birthday paradox.
11,000+ names, plus the theme names. Cards can share a name, but never their card number.
You could open packs your whole life and never pull the same card twice.
